(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at the date, time and place specified by the chairman. (2) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least eight times a year without reducing it to two times in three months. 4) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to have been reached. (5) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the committee will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting can cast the deciding vote. (6) The decision of the committee will be certified by the secretary. (7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
